Your Content: You retain ownership of the profile data, resumes, and code repositories you connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Radion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating analysis, matching candidates).
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Radion. Radion has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
